Conseguimos un aviso en la puerta hoy, y ahora mi propietario est? rociando toneladas de ambientador de aire aerosal en el aire para cubrir el olor del molde. I' m sure ella limpi? las heces del gato, tambi?n. Won' ?t el ambientador de aire hace la inspecci?n PEOR? ?El inspector todav?a detectar? el molde si mi propietario intenta cubrirlo sin la limpieza ?l? ?Qu? sucede durante una inspecci?n de sanidad??
I couldn' ?t produce moverse! No cada uno es bastante rico moverse siempre que quieran.

I am buying a condo built in 1981. The home inspector told the agent the pressure was 93 psi. Told us, the buyers, it was 91 and put on his report it was 88. Nevertheless, when I wanted to know who is responsible for this, the inspector said the city water company was. What do you think about that? Who do you think is responsible? The seller, the buyer, the city utility company? Please only respond if you honestly think you know. I can make guesses without having to ask others. And I already know about a water pressure reduction device and the cost to replace and the cost to install. *** Addition: This is in north central Florida – Ocala. I did put in a call to the city water and the “super” is to call me back Tues. I am going to have another inspection done due to inconsistencies between verbal and written findings. *** More “stuff”: This is a group of town houses with 4 single family dwellings per building. I am between the main ocala water tower and a small silver springs (tarzan and creature from black lagoon film site) tower. There is approx 3.5 miles between them. AND every faucet leaks, every toilet is jiggly and somewhere in the past there has obviously been a deluge on the interior. Old water damage everywhere. Inspector says “no moisture Now” but how can I believe him? We are gonna find out I guarantee. Thanks for your input guys. Keep it coming.

Home’s main beam has insufficient support bearing?

I just had a home inspection completed on a house I want to buy. The inspector said that “the main beam is twisted and has insufficient support bearing on either side.” I would like to know how serious this problem is, and what costs/actions are done to fix this problem. I submitted the request to the seller, but also would like background information on associated costs with this concern.

Ook voor timmerman: Beide ingangsdeuren aan garage zijn brand geen deuren. Geen brandeinde in garage tegen leefruimte aan gevonden huis.
Mijn hoofdzorg is elektro. Kan dit worden bevestigd. De inspecteur zegt de elektricien verwacht dat doorbrengt een halve dag.
Ik zal een elektricien morgen zien maar ik kwam reeds overeen om dit huis " te kopen; als Is". Wat indien ik het weet.
Dit is een korte verkoop met een snelle chronologie van de bank.
Hoe ernstig de elektropunten zijn. Het huis bouwde de goede voorwaarde van 1955 in anders.

Our home inspection showed several busted faucets.Is there a good chance the copper pipes are broken too?

It is a foreclosed property. It seems there could have been some freezing before winterization of the plumbing. The water was only on for about ten minutes. We had to shut it off because of the leaky faucets. I’m scared that the interior copper plumbing could be busted, although we didn’t notice any water coming through the cieling or walls, but again it was only on for 10 minutes. We need to get it inspected by a plumber so we know how much to take off our offering price. Any suggestions??
